本文基于溶液各组成同时处于平衡的热力学原理,对 FeCl_2镀铁液进行热力学分析和计算。根据计算,说明在 FeCl_2镀铁溶液中,主要是以 FeCl_2(aq)和 FeCl~+络离子形式存在,Fe~(2+)含量则较小。计算说明 Fe(OH)_3沉淀的最小 pH 值为1.947;生成 Fe(OH)_2沉淀的 pH 值为6.99。绘制了在25℃ Fe-Cl~--H_2O 系的 E-pH 图和 E-pCl 图。说明 pH、温度和离子浓度对平衡电极电位、镀液的氧化和水解及析氢的影响。
Based on the thermodynamics principle that the compositions of the solution are in equilibrium at the same time, thermodynamic analysis and calculation of the FeCl_2 plating fluid are carried out. According to the calculation, it is shown that FeCl_2 (aq) and FeCl ~ + ions exist in FeCl_2 iron plating solution, while the content of Fe2 + is smaller. The calculation shows that the minimum pH of Fe (OH) 3 precipitates is 1.947, and the pH of Fe (OH) 2 precipitates is 6.99. The E-pH and E-pCl maps of Fe-Cl ~ --H2O at 25 ℃ were drawn. Explain the effect of pH, temperature and ion concentration on the equilibrium electrode potential, oxidation and hydrolysis of the bath and hydrogen evolution.
