一直以来,我国财政扶贫的支出规模不是以经济效益作为基本的价值取向,一般情况下,财政扶贫的最大任务就是为了最大程度的满足贫困地区的资金需要,为经济建设的发展获得更大的资金规模,本文在分析财政扶贫资金绩效评价的基础上,分析推进财政扶贫政策措施落实的相关方法与原则,并找出财政扶贫资金绩效评价中的相关问题,从而做好财政扶贫的落实工作与资金绩效评价机制。
