采用常压再生工艺对废旧轮胎胶粉进行了再生,并对其再生胶的再生效果和性能进行了研究。结果表明,在实验设定的工艺条件下,胶粉获得了一定程度的再生,当再生温度为190℃,再生时间15min时,再生胶的综合性能最佳;对再生胶进行红外分析、热分析及拉伸断面的微观结构分析表明,再生温度较低时,胶粉的再生效果较差;再生条件为190℃×30min时,胶粉的分子链发生了断裂,再生胶的性能降低。
The reclamation of waste tire rubber powder was carried out by atmospheric regeneration technology, and the regeneration effect and performance of reclaimed rubber were studied. The results showed that under the experimental conditions, the rubber powder obtained a certain degree of regeneration. When the regeneration temperature was 190 ℃ and the regeneration time was 15 minutes, the reclaimed rubber had the best comprehensive performance. The reclaimed rubber was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and thermal analysis The results of microstructure analysis show that when the regeneration temperature is low, the regeneration effect of rubber powder is poor. When the regeneration condition is 190 ℃ × 30min, the molecular chain of rubber powder breaks and the properties of reclaimed rubber decrease.
