正常妊娠是一种成功的半同种异体移植,流产则是这种异体移植的失败.研究表明:配隅间HLA抗原的高度相容性是造成流产的重要原因.混合淋巴细胞培养(MLC)是一种同种异型抗原激发产生的体外移植免疫反应,所以较接近妊娠免疫,因此,MLC可作为自然流产的免疫机理研究的一个较有效的方法.在中医防治自然流产的研究中,我们可以观察中药治疗前后的孕期流产妇女与其丈夫间的单向MLC的动态变化,从而探讨中药治疗对患者机体的免疫反应的调节作用.
