目的探讨盐酸氨溴索联合机械通气治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征的疗效。方法选择2005年5月至2007年3月井冈山学院附属医院呼吸科收治的急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者36例,随机分成治疗组(20例)和对照组(16例)。两组在综合治疗的基础上,对照组给予无创呼吸机辅助通气,治疗组给予沐舒坦联合机械通气,观察两组治疗后72h 的临床表现及血气变化。结果治疗72 h 后,治疗组症状、X 线胸片改善,动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)升高,氧舍指数增加,总有效率75.0%。对照组有效率为37.5%。结论沐舒坦联合机械通气能改善通气及氧合,对 ARDS 有较好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of ambroxol combined with mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome. Methods Thirty-six patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) admitted to Department of Respiratory Medicine, Jinggangshan University Hospital from May 2005 to March 2007 were randomly divided into treatment group (20 cases) and control group (16 cases). On the basis of comprehensive treatment, the control group was given non-invasive ventilator-assisted ventilation. The treatment group was given mucosolvan combined with mechanical ventilation. The clinical manifestations and blood gas changes at 72 hours after treatment were observed. Results After treatment for 72 h, the symptoms of the treatment group, the improvement of X-ray, the increase of PaO_2, and the increase of the oxygen chamber index showed a total effective rate of 75.0%. The control group was 37.5%. Conclusion Mucosolvan combined with mechanical ventilation can improve ventilation and oxygenation, and has a good effect on ARDS.
