本试验利用二甲基噻唑二苯基四唑法染色，判定六钩蚴的活力。结果表明，对照组六钩蚴的活力为２７．３％～９８．２％；试验组六钩蚴的活力为１４．１％～７０．９％。试验组与对照组之间差异极显著。
This test using dimethyl thiazolyl diphenyl tetrazolium staining, to determine the activity of the algae. The results showed that in the control group, the viability of Cercariae was 27.3% -98.2%, and that of the test group was 14.1% -70.9%. There was a significant difference between experimental group and control group.
