新医改形势下,中小型医药流通企业面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。通过对政策环境的分析以及几种整合模式的介绍,提出了中小型企业进行有机的虚拟企业整合的建议。
Under the new medical reform situation, small and medium pharmaceutical distribution enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Through the analysis of the policy environment and the introduction of several integration modes, some suggestions are put forward for the integration of small and medium-sized enterprises in organic virtual enterprises.
