目的探讨AP-2α、e IF4E和MMP-9在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法分别检测70例子宫内膜癌组织及40例正常子宫内膜组织中AP-2α、e IF4E和MMP-9的蛋白表达差异,并探讨与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果子宫内膜癌组织中AP-2α阳性表达率为45.7%,低于正常子宫内膜的75.0%(P<0.05),e IF4E和MMP-9表达阳性率分别为71.4%和64.2%,高于正常子宫内膜组织中45.0%和40.0%(P<0.05)。在子宫内膜癌组织中AP-2α与MMP-9的表达呈负相关,e IF4E与MMP-9的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 AP-2α和e IF4E可能分别在转录和翻译阶段调控MMP-9的表达,共同参与子宫内膜癌的发生发展。
Objective To investigate the expression of AP-2α, eIF4E and MMP-9 in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The protein expression of AP-2α, e IF4E and MMP-9 in 70 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 40 cases of normal endometrium was detected by immunohistochemistry SP method and the relationship between the expression of AP-2α, . Results The positive rate of AP-2α in endometrial carcinoma was 45.7%, lower than that in normal endometrium (75.0%, P <0.05). The positive rates of eIF4E and MMP-9 were 71.4% and 64.2% In normal endometrial tissue 45.0% and 40.0% (P <0.05). There was a negative correlation between the expression of AP-2α and MMP-9 in endometrial carcinoma and the positive correlation between eIF4E and MMP-9 (P <0.05). Conclusion AP-2α and eIF4E may regulate the expression of MMP-9 in the transcriptional and translational stages, respectively, and participate in the development of endometrial cancer.
