为了解决普遍存在的变频调节节能预估偏大的问题,利用自主研制的矿用主通风机实验平台,开展了多变频率主通风机流量与功率的实验实测.以经典的三次方等比比例定律公式为基础,应用最小二乘法进行了15个变频调节工况的实验数据处理拟合,得到了流量-功率的三次方多项式,并得到了流量比-功率比的三次方多项式.实验所得的流量比-功率比公式及其曲线,表明流量比-功率比存在可逼近的极限值,具有非等比例变化特性.该非等比变化律公式提供了一种主通风机变频节能率的预估方法.
