本文系根据地矿部“八五”科技攻关项目“河北北部低品位磷矿综合开发利用研究”的成果整理而成。文中概述了我国磷矿资源的分布和开发利用状况及尽快开发北方低品位磷矿资源的重要意义，详细介绍了“新方法、新工艺、新药剂”对罗锅子沟磷矿综合开发利用的明显效果，还对尾矿的深加工利用和矿山经济效益作了初步探讨。
This article is based on the results of “Research on Comprehensive Development and Utilization of Low-grade Phosphate Rocks in Northern Hebei Province” of the Eighth Five-Year Scientific and Technological Project of the Ministry of Mines and Mines. The paper summarizes the distribution, development and utilization status of phosphate rock resources in our country and the significance of exploiting low-grade phosphate rock resources in northern China as soon as possible. The new method, new process and new agent are introduced in detail in the comprehensive development and utilization of the Luo Potazigou phosphate rock mine Effect, but also on the deep processing and utilization of tailings and mine economic benefits made a preliminary discussion.
