一1992年3月,滦南县委召开扩大会议,讨论全县奔小康的发展大计。组织部在提出农村党支部带领群众致富奔小康规划的同时,总结归纳出全县农村10条致富路,与之对应还推出了10路标兵。即:集约化棚膜瓜菜致富路(南张庄);专业化农副产品加工致富路(高庙村);规模化畜禽养殖致富路(郑北村);区域化林果蚕桑致富路(柳行村);科学化海淡水养殖致富路(柳三村);群体化家庭工业致富路(祁庄子村);市场化产销流通致富路(温庄村);产业化建筑劳务致富路(后店村);机动化长短运输致富路(马城村);集体化村办企业致富路(柏二村)。这10条致富路概括了全县不同地域特点、不同经济状况、不同自然地理条件下发展农村经济的道路。

This 10 roads to prosperity summarizes the county’s different geographical features, different economic conditions, different natural and geographical conditions for the development of rural economy.
