任何项目在实施过程中,风险会给项目或多或少地带来一些不确定的事件。因产品质量控制系统在国内同行业来说算是一个新技术,是从业人员不多、项目投资规模大、建设周期较长的项目,因此,此项目的风险较大。为了延长项目的生命周期,我们选取已经有成功经验的开发技术来规避风险。为了按照实施计划、不超概算、保质保量完成目标,在项目进行中,把可能的风险控制在一定的范围内,以避免在风险事件发生时带来的难以承担的损失。在项目进行中对风险进行有效管控,根据建设过程当中出现的实际情况,对管控程序进行实时调整,以确保项目按进度达到预期目的。在2013年8月,该项目建设完成,并在企业投入使用,在高效低成本的运行状态下,运行状况良好,得到了领导和同行的高度评价,为公司、为社会创造了高效的质量控制系统。
