人民币汇率不断变动和全球其他主要货币的汇率波动直接影响着国际工程承包项目的经营业绩,因此汇率风险是国际工程承包项目实施过程中必须重点给予关注的风险因素之一。本文首先从含义、主要类型等多个角度对汇率风险进行简单介绍,交代了国际工程承包项目中汇率风险的主要来源,接着详细阐述了汇率的变动可能为项目带来的影响。最后得出应提前制定和策划应对汇率风险的方案,掌握汇率的未来走势,及时采取应对措施是积极防范和合理规避汇率风险的有效应对途径。

Therefore, the exchange rate risk is one of the risk factors that must be given particular attention in the process of international engineering contracting project implementation, because the exchange rate of Renminbi fluctuates and the exchange rate fluctuations of other major currencies in the world directly affect the operating performance of international engineering contracting projects. This article first introduces the main sources of exchange rate risk from the perspectives of meaning, main types and so on, and then explains the main sources of exchange rate risk in international engineering contracting projects. Then it elaborates on the possible impact of exchange rate changes on the project. Finally, it is concluded that the plan of coping with exchange rate risk should be formulated and planned in advance. Grasping the future trend of exchange rate and taking timely countermeasures are effective ways to prevent and reasonably avoid exchange rate risk.
