旋片式真空泵是真空行业中使用最多的真空获得设备。随着真空技术飞速发展以及应用范围日益扩大,用户对旋片泵向大抽速发展的要求越来越迫切,但因某些原因大抽速旋片泵的研制十分困难,其中旋片泵的主要部件主转子体的变形问题尤为突出。为此,本文试图从转子的结构型式、转子变形产生原因及对泵正常工作的影响以及转子刚度的分析计算等方面着手,提出分析解决主转子变形问题的方法。
Rotary vane vacuum pumps are the most widely used vacuum acquisition devices in the vacuum industry. With the rapid development of vacuum technology and the increasingly wide range of applications, users are increasingly pressing for the development of large pumping speed rotary vane pumps. However, for some reasons, the development of large pumping rotary vane pumps is very difficult. The main parts of the main rotor deformation problems are particularly prominent. Therefore, this paper attempts to analyze and solve the main rotor deformation method from the aspects of the structure of the rotor, the causes of the rotor deformation, the influence on the normal operation of the pump and the analysis and calculation of the rotor rigidity.
