采用铸造烧结方法制备了表面复合材料挺杆,介绍了制备该种挺杆的工艺方法及成分设计。结果表明,该挺杆的复合层和母体合金属冶金结合,具有较高结合强度,在铸造烧结过程中合成了VC颗粒,挺杆的铸态硬度达到了60 HRC以上。
The surface composite tappet was prepared by the method of casting and sintering, and the process and composition design of the tappet were introduced. The results show that the composite layer of the tappet and the parent metal are metallurgically bonded with high bonding strength, and VC particles are synthesized during the sintering process. The hardness of the tappet reaches as high as 60 HRC.
