研究胶红酵母对梨果采后贮存过程中青霉菌、灰霉菌的控制效果,采用生长速率法分别测定了胶红酵母对这2种霉菌的室内抑菌毒力。测定结果表明:胶红酵母对青霉菌、灰霉菌的LD50分别为2 560万、2 940万CFU/m L,LD95分别为156亿、251亿CFU/m L。由结果看出,胶红酵母浓度越高,抑菌效果越好。
To study the control effect of Agrobacterium tumefaciense on pears and gray molds during the postharvest storage of pear fruits, the indoor antibacterial and virulent activities of the gum red yeast on the two kinds of molds were measured by growth rate method. The results showed that the LD50 of P. rubrum to Penicillium and Botrytis were 25.6 million and 29.4 million CFU / m L, respectively, and the LD95 were 15.6 billion and 25.1 billion CFU / m L, respectively. The results show that the higher glucoamylase concentration, the better the antibacterial effect.
