本文依据德国及我国外墙保温防火最新研究成果,详细分析了外墙有机保温材料与无机保温材料、材料防火与系统整体构造防火的优劣,分析了外墙外保温、外墙内保温、外墙夹心保温(建筑节能与结构一体化)等不同保温体系的优缺点;指出由中国建筑保温生产和科研工作者研发的、在国际领先的胶粉聚苯颗粒复合型外墙外保温材料及系统,是目前我国非幕墙式住宅建筑外保温系统的最优选择。
Based on the latest research results of thermal insulation of exterior wall in Germany and China, this paper analyzes in detail the advantages and disadvantages of organic thermal insulation materials and inorganic thermal insulation materials, material fire protection and overall structural fire protection of external walls. Wall sandwich insulation (building energy efficiency and structural integration), such as the advantages and disadvantages of different insulation systems; pointed out that China’s construction insulation production and research workers developed in the world’s leading powder polystyrene composite exterior insulation materials and systems , Is the best choice of non-curtain wall residential building insulation system at present.
