为了探讨几种化合物对温石棉促人胚肺(HEL)细胞增殖作用的影响,用不同浓度的柠檬酸铝、混合稀土或亚硒酸钠溶液浸泡温石棉1小时后,再将其与人胚肺细胞共同孵育,通过测定[3H]TdR掺入量,来了解人胚肺细胞的增殖状况。结果显示,2.5~10μg/ml的温石棉、时间作用在24小时之内,或20~80μg/ml温石棉、时间作用在6小时之内均可促使人胚肺细胞增殖。与未处理温石棉组相比,经三种化合物处理的温石棉其促细胞增殖作用明显下降。提示,采用三种化合物溶液浸泡温石棉,有可能减轻温石棉的致癌危害性
