采用改进的细胞培养方法,观察了活化与非活化淋巴细胞条件培养液对体外培养的人主动脉平滑肌细胞摄取~3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR)的影响。结果表明,活化与非活化淋巴细胞条件培养液对主动脉平滑肌细胞增生均有促进作用,二者对平滑肌细胞增生的刺激强度无差别;淋巴细胞条件培养液对高脂血清促平滑肌细胞增生有刺激和促进作用。因而,提示淋巴细胞在体内进入动脉壁后,有可能通过释放活性因子刺激平滑肌细胞的增生而参与动脉粥样硬化的发生。
The effect of activated and non-activated lymphocyte conditioned medium on uptake of 3H-thymidine (~ 3H-TdR) in human aortic smooth muscle cells cultured in vitro was observed by an improved cell culture method.
