国家电网公司高度重视“向—上工程”建设水土保持工作,严格执行水土保持法,认真落实水土保持方案各项要求,加大水土保持与生态环境建设投入与管理力度,以争创“水土保持示范工程”为目标,努力倡导和谐、绿色工程理念,通过优化设计方案和施工工艺,开展水土保持监理、监测,加强现场安全文明施工管理,落实“两型一化”“两型三新”等措施,力求工程建设达到减少扰动土地面积、控制水土流失、保护生态环境等目的,确保水土流失防治目标均达到并优于水土保持方案设计要求。
