产业是经济发展的基础。产业兴,则经济强。认真贯彻落实省委九届八次全会精神,积极构建特色鲜明、结构优化、支撑有力、富于竞争的产业体系,是谱写中国梦云南篇章的重要途径,事关云南经济“升级版”的打造,事关云南的“三个”发展和富民强滇大局。为反映我省产业发展现状,探索“产业强省”的措施和办法,推广好各地产业发展的宝贵经验,近日,由中共云南省委党校组成调研组,赴马龙县开展了“产业强省”课题调研活动。调研组先后深入到马龙县工业园区、马鸣乡、双友牧业等基层单位参观学习,就马龙发展产业的做法专访了马龙县委书记贺勇,充分听取了相关行业部门、企业家和基层群众的介绍。经过认真整理,现把马龙加快产业转型升级,推动三次产业融合互动发展的经验和成效介绍给社会各界,以期为云南推进“产业强省”战略提供交流、学习和借鉴。

After careful arrangement, we are now introducing Malone’s industrial transformation and upgrading and promoting the experience and effectiveness of the three industrial integration and interactive development to all sectors of the community with a view to providing exchange, learning and reference for Yunnan’s strategy to promote “strong industries”.
