本文根据曲边三角形钻头钻方孔的原理,利用偏心运动与相对运动的合成,设想出一种新型采煤机截割机构。其截割轨迹由圆形变成近似正方形以增加块煤和减少粉尘。文中对其工作原理及截割速度作了介绍和分析。在相同条件下,此方形轨迹的截割线速度仅为圆形滚筒的53.84%。
In this paper, according to the principle of square holes drilled by curved triangle, a new type of shearer cutting mechanism is proposed using the synthesis of eccentric motion and relative motion. Its cutting trajectory from circular into an approximate square to increase lump coal and reduce dust. In this paper, its working principle and cutting speed were introduced and analyzed. Under the same conditions, the linear speed of the square track is only 53.84% of the circular one.
