浓硝酸生产设备、贮器及运输用的铝槽车等,大多是在常压、温度10～80℃和强腐蚀剂作用的条件下工作的。根据使用的经验指出,大多数设备是由于焊缝和热影响区腐蚀而破坏。有些设备几乎需要对焊道进行定期的修理。因此如何提高焊道的抗腐蚀性能,是纯铝焊接的主要问题。我们在实际工作中积累了一些经验,本文以制作硝酸铝槽车为例,简单的介绍装配和焊接的情况。铝槽车的主要部分是一个圆筒形的罐体,形状和主要尺寸如图1。所用材料是相当于苏联牌号A00、A0和A1的工业
Concentrated nitric acid production equipment, storage and transportation of aluminum tank cars, mostly at atmospheric pressure, temperature 10 ~ 80 ℃ and the role of strong corrosive working conditions. According to the experience of use, most of the equipment is damaged by corrosion of the weld and the HAZ. Some devices require almost periodic repair of the weld bead. Therefore, how to improve the corrosion resistance of weld bead is the main problem of pure aluminum welding. We have accumulated some experience in practical work. In this paper, the production of aluminum nitrate tanker, for example, a brief introduction to the assembly and welding situation.
