我国国有企业在实行改革的三十余年来,其经济体制实施的改革问题一直是重点研究的课题之一。尤其是现今烟草企业在改革中所坚持的基本原则,其在运行中存在模糊不清的问题,深切制约了我国国有企业实现改革的目标及规划。班队改革国有企业的机制推行,定要明确理顺国有企业实施改革的目的、存在的本院问题以及对改革思路的重置等,文章针对该方面展开了相关性探讨。
In the thirty years since the reform was implemented in our state-owned enterprises, the reform of the economic system has always been one of the key issues under study. In particular, the basic principle that the tobacco industry adheres to in the reform is that it has ambiguous problems in its operation. It deeply restricts the goal and plan for the reform of state-owned enterprises in our country. The mechanism for the reform of state-owned enterprises in the squad has been implemented. The purpose of the reform of state-owned enterprises, the existing problems of our hospital and the resettlement of the reform ideas must be clarified clearly. The article discusses the relevant aspects in this respect.
