从六十年代中期的科学实验到七十年代中期的工业实践证明:羟肟酸及其各种盐类是浮选稀土矿物的有效扑收剂。但以脂肪烃类为疏水基的羟肟酸存在药剂稳定性能差,有效成分低等弱点。从理论上讲疏水基为芳香烃的羟肟酸要比脂肪烃,脂环烃的羟肟酸具有更好的稳定性等优点。我们经过数月来的小型浮选试验表明,芳基羟肟酸确实具有上述优点。
From scientific experiments in the mid-1960s to industrial practices in the mid-1970s, hydroxamic acid and its various salts are found to be effective flocculants for flotation rare earth minerals. However, the use of aliphatic hydrocarbons as a hydrophobic hydroxamic acid pharmaceutical poor stability, low weakness of active ingredients. In theory, hydrophobic base of the hydroxamic acid than the aliphatic hydrocarbons, alicyclic hydrocarbon hydroxamic acid has better stability and so on. Our small flotation tests over the past few months show that aryl hydroxamic acids do have the benefits described above.
