我国国有企业运行机制、管理方式随着国有企业股份制改革也发生了很大的变化。企业党组织也必须跟随时代的步伐,正确认识党建工作的重要性,加强党的先进性建设,确保党充满生机与活力,发展企业生产力,不断改革创新,充分发挥党组织的政治核心作用,确保企业效益最优。本文分析了国有企业党建工作存在的问题,提出了加强国有企业党建工作的对策以及新形势下国有企业党建工作的重点,指明了国有企业党建工作的发展方向和定位,为企业领导决策提供参考。
The operating mechanism and management mode of the state-owned enterprises in our country have undergone great changes with the reform of the shareholding system of state-owned enterprises. Party organizations of enterprises must also follow the pace of the times, correctly understand the importance of party building, strengthen the construction of the party’s advanced nature, ensure that the party is full of vigor and vitality, develop the productive forces of enterprises, reform and innovate unceasingly, give full play to the political core role of the party organizations, ensure The best corporate efficiency. This article analyzes the existing problems in the party construction in state-owned enterprises, puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen party building in state-owned enterprises and the emphasis of party building in state-owned enterprises under the new situation. It also points out the development direction and orientation of party building in state-owned enterprises, and provides reference for enterprise leadership decision-making.
