记者最近从卫生部了解到,随着13个医药卫生改革配套政策的全面出台,我国城镇医药卫生体制改革进入实际操作阶段。据了解,今年2月,国务院办公厅转发了国务院体改办等部门关于城镇医药卫生体制改革指导意见的通知,明确了我国医药卫生体制改革的大政方针。这次出台的13个配套文件,涵盖了《指导意见》的主要内容,为各地医改工作提供了操作规范。13个配套政策分别是:《关于城镇医疗机构分类管理的实施意
The reporter recently learned from the Ministry of Health that with the full introduction of 13 supporting policies for medical and health reforms, China’s urban medical and health system reforms have entered a practical stage of operation. It is understood that in February this year, the General Office of the State Council forwarded notices from the State Council Reform Office and other departments on the guiding opinions on the reform of the urban medical and health system, and clarified the major policy guidelines for China’s reform of the medical and health system. The 13 supporting documents issued this time covered the main contents of the “Guidance Opinions” and provided the operating specifications for the medical reform work in various regions. The 13 supporting policies are: “Implementation of classification management of urban medical institutions.”
