社区教育作为一种新型教育体制,主要是在当地经济发展水平的环境下,把教育与区域内政策制度、人文环境结合起来,在有关部门的统一带领下,统筹社会各单位的力量,与社会各界有志人士一起开办教育。教育部门与社会各部门之间相互协调,取长补短,互相依靠,共同进步。所以,要结合当地的实际情况来研究社区教育资源的整合,使教育和社会融为一体,从而促进社会与教育共同发展。
