加气轻砼在结构应用中的主要问题是其结构强度和物理性能。而这完全取决于砼的容重、配合比、水泥含量和水灰比。在既需结构强度又需保温隔热的构件制作中,必须选择能够产生最佳复合效果的容重和材料配合比。结构加气轻砼,是在水泥混合物中加入适量的泡沫制成的。泡沫则是由泡沫发生器用水和适量的泡沫剂产生的。通常用的泡沫剂是合成磺酸盐或水解肮(编者按:此材料可能是我国目前采用铝粉的代用品)也可掺加其它稳定剂。泡沫的容重一般为70—80克
The main problem in the application of aerated light files in structural applications is their structural strength and physical properties. This depends entirely on the bulk density, mix ratio, cement content, and water-cement ratio. In the fabrication of components that require both structural strength and thermal insulation, the bulk density and material mix that can produce the best composite effect must be chosen. The structure is gas-filled and made by adding an appropriate amount of foam to the cement mixture. Foam is produced by the foam generator with water and the right amount of foaming agent. The commonly used foaming agents are synthetic sulfonates or hydrolyzed stains (editors: this material may be a substitute for aluminum powders currently used in China) and other stabilizers may also be added.
