药学服务即药师应用药学专业知识向公众(包括医务人员、患者及家属)提供直接的、负责的与药物使用有关的服务,尽药师所能杜绝或减少药源性疾病的临床发病率和死亡率,以期提高药物治疗的安全性、有效性与经济性,实现改善与提高人类生活质量的理想目标。临床药师的职责是根据患者的需要提供相应的药学服务,有责任通过药学服务来确保患者合理用药,减少药源性疾病的发生。现就1例帕金森患者冠脉支架置入术围手术期药物治疗方案及监护,介绍药师参与临床的体会。
