海冰业务数值预报经过二年不断改进、完善和提高，目前已经建立了包括大气、海洋和海冰模式在内的数值预报系统及资料管理、业务预报和微机通信一体化的预报服务系统。海冰数值预报作为一种新的预报手段将产生显显的社会和经济效益。本文分别介绍海冰数值预报系统，业务运行，预报产品通信传输，资料管理和预报产品检验方案。
After two years of continuous improvement, improvement and enhancement of the numerical prediction of sea ice business, the numerical forecasting system including the atmosphere, ocean and sea ice modes and the integrated forecasting service system of data management, business forecasting and computer communication have been established. The forecast of sea ice as a new means of forecasting will have obvious social and economic benefits. This paper introduces the numerical prediction of sea ice system, business operations, forecasting product communication transmission, data management and forecasting product inspection program.
