企业集团,特别是大型企业集团,是先进生产力的代表,是国民经济的支柱,是振兴经济的主力军,是参与国际市场竞争的国家队。大型企业集团是我国实现四化的希望所在,它的成败兴衰,关系到我们国家的命运和前途。它在市场活动中正当的、守法的行为,对其他企业的影响也是不可低估的。因此,积极组建、发展集团,完善企业集团的经营机制,对当前贯彻“治理”、“整顿”方针,积极推进“治理”、“整顿”工作,具有重要的现实意义。
Enterprise groups, especially large-scale enterprise groups, represent the advanced productive forces, are the backbone of the national economy, are the main force for revitalizing the economy, and are the national team that participate in the international market competition.
