构建和谐劳动关系是工会参与和创新社会管理、维护社会稳定的一个重要切入点。当前劳动关系矛盾多发、易发,且呈现日趋多样化、复杂化的态势。如何创新机制、整合资源,及时有效化解劳动争议纠纷,成为新时期工会的一项重要任务。今年五月,上海市总工会与上海市高级人民法院签署了《关于加强劳动争议纠纷化解推进和谐劳动关系建设会议纪要》,并联合召开会议进行部署,推进全市各级法院与工会组织全面建立合作机制,有效化解劳动争议纠纷,维护劳动者合法权益。
Building a harmonious labor relations is an important entry point for trade unions to participate in and innovate in social management and maintain social stability. At present, labor relations are contradictory with each other and are prone to be developed and become increasingly diversified and complicated. How to innovate mechanism, integrate resources and promptly and effectively resolve disputes over labor disputes have become an important task for trade unions in the new era. In May this year, the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions and Shanghai Municipal Higher People’s Court signed the “Proceedings on Strengthening the Dispute Resolution of Labor Disputes and Promoting the Building of a Harmonious Labor Relationship” and jointly held a conference to deploy them so as to promote the all-round cooperation between the courts and trade union organizations in the city Mechanism to effectively resolve labor disputes and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
