党的十六届六中全会指出,“坚持和完善民主集中制,扩大党内民主,推进党务公开,严格党内生活,严肃党的纪律,增进党的团结统一,以党内和谐促进社会和谐”。“以党内和谐促进社会和谐”论断的提出,是我们党对社会主义和谐社会建设的深刻认识和自身执政规律的深刻把握。“党内和谐”命题的提出,引起了社会各界的高度关注,社会各界纷纷以不同的视角,从各自的领域进行了广泛的研究。
The Sixth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee pointed out: “To uphold and improve democratic centralism, expand inner-party democracy, promote open party affairs, strictly inner-party life, strictly enforce party discipline, promote unity and unity among the party, and promote harmony within the party ”. The formulation of the assertion that “promoting harmony within the party” is our party’s profound understanding of the construction of a harmonious socialist society and the profound mastery of the law governing itself. The proposition of “harmony within the party” has aroused great concern from all walks of life. All walks of life in the society have conducted extensive research from their respective fields from different perspectives.
