本文主要分析我国高校图书馆人力资源激励价值,进而分析人力资源激励机制存在不足和改进措施,希望能为图书馆的健康发展提供一些参考。
This paper mainly analyzes the incentive value of human resources in university libraries in our country, then analyzes the insufficiency and improvement measures of human resource incentive mechanism, hoping to provide some reference for the healthy development of libraries.
