采用毛细管法测定有机化合物的熔点,并对影响熔点测定的因素进行分析。在大量实验的基础上,介绍了毛细管法测定有机化合物熔点的操作方法,并从温度计、毛细熔点管、样品研磨及装填、升温速率及外部温度等方面对影响熔点测定的因素进行分析和重新设计。结果表明采用本方法测定的熔点准确度更高,实验效果更明显。
The melting point of organic compounds was determined by capillary method and the factors affecting the determination of melting point were analyzed. On the basis of a large number of experiments, the method of capillary tube for the determination of melting point of organic compounds was introduced. The factors affecting the determination of melting point were analyzed and redesigned from the aspects of thermometer, capillary tube, sample grinding and filling, heating rate and external temperature . The results show that the melting point determined by this method is more accurate and the experimental effect is more obvious.
