应用免疫组化技术ABC法检测了5例正常卵巢,21例腺瘤,10例交界性肿瘤和40例卵巢癌及19例大网膜转移灶等不同阶段组织nm23蛋白的表达。结果发现:正常卵巢上皮、腺瘤、交界性肿瘤和卵巢癌组织中nm23表达率分别为:20%、6667%、100%和50%。交界性肿瘤nm23表达同卵巢癌和腺瘤间差别显著(均P<005)。而原发灶和其相应大网膜转移灶nm23蛋白表达基本一致。随着卵巢癌组织学级别升高,nm23的表达呈下降趋势,Ⅰ级癌nm23表达率显著高于Ⅱ、Ⅲ级癌(P<005)。提示:nm23基因与卵巢癌的发生有关,并在卵巢癌的细胞分化过程中起调节作用。
Immunohistochemistry ABC method was used to detect the expression of nm23 protein in 5 cases of normal ovaries, 21 cases of adenomas, 10 cases of borderline tumors and 40 cases of ovarian cancer and 19 cases of omental metastases. The results showed that the expression rates of nm23 in normal ovarian epithelium, adenoma, borderline tumor, and ovarian cancer tissue were: 20%, 66.67%, 100%, and 50%, respectively. The expression of nm23 in borderline tumors was significantly different from that in ovarian cancer and adenoma (all P<005). The expression of nm23 protein in the primary tumor and its corresponding omental metastasis was basically the same. With the increase of histological grade of ovarian cancer, the expression of nm23 decreased. The expression of nm23 in grade I cancer was significantly higher than that in grade II and III carcinoma (P<0.05). Tip: The nm23 gene is associated with the development of ovarian cancer and plays a regulatory role in the cell differentiation of ovarian cancer.
