2010年广东省的体育中考,跳绳作为选考内容。2009年上学期,根据我校学生的体质状况和选择意向,将跳绳技术的学习和跳绳能力的提高作为重点内容,经过一学期的实践,学生的协调动作能力有了明显提升,对跳绳运动的认知态度也有了明显变化,1分钟跳绳次数与上届学生同期相比也有长足进步。本文记录了实验过程,并对实验数据进行理性分析,验证本学期所进行的实践的效果,以期和同行们共勉。
2010 Guangdong Province Sports Entrance Examination, skipping as a test content. In the first semester of 2009, according to the physical condition of our students and their intention to choose, the study of jumping rope technology and the improvement of skipping ability were taken as the key contents. After a semester of practice, the students’ ability of coordination and movement improved significantly, Cognitive attitude has also been significantly changed, 1 minute rope skipping number compared with the previous students also made considerable progress. This paper records the experimental process, and the rational analysis of the experimental data to verify the effectiveness of the practice carried out this semester, with a view to mutual encouragement and colleagues.
