目的 :对颐神复记胶囊中二苯乙烯苷进行含量测定。方法 :高效液相色谱法 ,流动相为乙腈 水 (14∶86 ) ,紫外检测波长 32 0nm ,流速 0 8ml min。结果 :二苯乙烯苷在 0 0 5 0 8～ 0 2 5 4 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 97 0 %。结论 :该法简单 ,分离完全 ,重现性好 ,可作为本制剂质量控制的方法
Objective : To determine the content of stilbene glycoside in Yushen Fujian capsule. Method : High performance liquid chromatography with mobile phase of acetonitrile water (14:86), UV detection wavelength of 32 nm, and flow rate of 0 8 ml min. RESULTS: The linearity of stilbene glycosides was good in the range of 0 0 5 0 8 - 0 2 4 4 μg. The average recovery was 97 0 %. Conclusion : This method is simple, complete separation, good reproducibility, can be used as the method of quality control of the preparation
