农村中小学危房鉴定标准,是根据中华人民共和国建设部“建标[1999]277号”《危险房屋鉴定标准》(编号 JGJ125—99)的通知,从2000年3月1日起在全国实行的。该标准规定:房屋危险性鉴定应根据被鉴定房屋的构造特点和承重体系的种类,按其危险的程度和范围划分为 A、B、C、D 四个等级。A 级:结构承载力能满足正常使用要求,未发现危险点,房屋结构安全。B 级:结构承载力基本能满足正常使用要求,个别结构构件处于危险状态,但不影响主体结构,基本满足正常使用要求。
