职业指导工作在求职者和用人单位之间可以看做是一座桥梁,而职业指导人员就是这座桥梁的组成部分。职业指导人员的职业素养高低直接决定着职业指导工作效果的好坏。本文从政治信仰、道德品质、专业素质、知识涵养、综合能力等方便来讨论了职业指导人员应该具备的职业素养。高校职业指导教师是其中很重要的一部分成员,对他们的要求更高。
Career guidance can be viewed as a bridge between job seekers and employers, and career guidance staff is part of the bridge. Career guidance staff professionalism directly determines the level of vocational guidance work is good or bad. This article discusses the professional accomplishments that vocational guidance personnel should have from the convenience of political belief, moral quality, professional quality, knowledge conservation and comprehensive ability. Vocational guidance teachers in colleges and universities are a very important part of them, they are more demanding.
