王×,男,13岁,诊断号151,病理号86—125号,患者主诉三天前偶然发现左眼球下方生长一肿块,约有花生米大小,稍红不痛,于1986年8月15日来我校医务所就诊,当时诊断为“左眼球结膜下囊肿。”既往史:半年前有蛔虫症病史,无排绦虫节片史,无吃生猪肉史,无癫痫发作史。眼科检查:左眼视力1.0。在角膜下方,距角巩膜缘后3～4mm 处球结膜下可见一囊性黄白色长形肿块,质中硬稍有弹性,大小1.5×1cm,无压痛,推时稍可活动。球结膜轻度充血,角膜透明。周边前房2/3CT,虹膜纹理清。瞳孔正常,晶体透明,眼底正常。右眼正常,视力1.2。

Bulbar conjunctiva mild hyperemia, corneal transparency. Surrounding anterior chamber 2 / 3CT, iris texture clear. Pupil normal, crystal transparent, fundus normal. Right eye is normal, vision 1.2.
