广东省制冷学会副理事长兼秘书长刘彦华高级工程师于今年10月25日在广东省科学馆作了《关于参加第十八届国际制冷大会的报告》。报告中介绍了由中国制冷学会副秘书长曹德胜、邱忠岳带领的中国制冷学会代表团一行9人于1991年8月8日赴加拿大蒙特利尔出席第十八届国际制冷大会的情况。代表团参加了全体大会,会员国代表大会,执行委员会会议和各专业委员会学术会议,并有选择地进行了技术参观。
On October 25 this year, Senior Engineer Liu Yanhua, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of Guangdong Institute of Refrigeration, made a “Report on Participating in the 18th International Refrigeration Conference” at Guangdong Science Museum. In the report, nine members of the delegation of China Institute of Refrigeration led by Cao Desheng and Qiu Zhongyue, deputy secretary general of China Refrigeration Institute, attended the 18th International Refrigeration Conference on August 8, 1991 in Montreal, Canada. The delegation participated in the plenary meetings, the Member State Assembly, the Executive Committee meetings and the academic committees of various professional committees, and conducted selective technical visits.
