本文研究了线性菲涅尔反射式太阳能集热系统的镜场优化布置原则,推导了该类系统的接收器高度、镜场范围和反射镜间距等重要参数间的关系,并给出了反射镜最佳初始角度和旋转跟踪速度的确定原则。基于以上理论分析,设计了一个1 kW菲涅尔集热系统,利用TracePro光学软件,建立了该系统光学模型,采用蒙特卡洛光线追踪法,研究了太阳直射和斜射时,菲涅尔系统的镜场布置和光学性能,验证了本文所推导的镜场优化布置原则是正确可靠的。为线性菲涅尔反射式集热系统的优化布置提供了很好的参考。
In this paper, the principle of optimal arrangement of the mirror field of a linear Fresnel reflection solar collector system is studied. The relationship between the receiver height, the mirror field range and the mirror spacing of the system is deduced. The best initial angle and rotation tracking speed determination principle. Based on the above theoretical analysis, a 1 kW Fresnel heat collecting system was designed. The optical model of the system was established by using TracePro optical software. The Monte Carlo ray tracing method was used to study the direct and oblique Fresnel systems The mirror layout and optical performance verify that the principles of mirror layout optimized in this paper are correct and reliable. It provides a good reference for the optimization of linear Fresnel reflection heat collecting system.
