With the gradual deepening and standardization of enterprise restructuring, business philosophy and thinking as well as the ideological status of cadres and workers are to some extent, changes. These changes are bound to have a tremendous impact on the production, operation and development of enterprises. As business managers must analyze these changes in order to enable enterprises to make strategic decisions to lead the business to a higher level of development, to adapt to international and domestic market competitive environment, which continue to grow and develop.
