经国家粮食局批准,近日,湖北、河南、安徽、江苏4省陆续启动2014年小麦托市收购。目前在今年实行最低价收购政策的6个小麦主产省中,已有4省启动了小麦托市收购。据悉,今年最低收购价执行时间为5月21日至9月30日。按照国家发改委、农业部等6部门公布的《2014年小麦最低收购价执行预案》,2014年生产的国标三等小麦为标准品,白小麦、红小麦和混合小麦最低收购
