This is the second national non-equilibrium statistical physics conference, that is, conference proceedings in Dalian. Under the leadership of the Chinese Society of Physics, the conference was prepared by three hosts, namely Dalian Railway Institute, Dalian Institute of Technology and Liaoning University.
