利用3个红心甘薯品种为研究材料,分别测定栽插后60、75、90、105、120和135 d的块根β-胡萝卜素含量、干物率等16个经济性状指标,研究甘薯块根β-胡萝卜素和干物质积累的动态变化及其与主要经济性状的相关性。研究表明:3个甘薯品种的块根β-胡萝卜素含量的动态变化因品种不同而表现较大差异,但都在120 d后表现出明显的含量下降现象,而3品种的块根干物率的动态变化相似,都表现为“波动变化型”。与15个经济性状指标的相关分析表明,3个品种的β-胡萝卜素相对含量与块根干物率和光合指标都没有显著的相关性,与其他性状的相关性则因品种差异而表现不同。
Using three sweet potato varieties as materials, 16 economic traits such as β-carotene content and dry matter percentage were measured at 60, 75, 90, 105, 120 and 135 days after planting respectively. Dynamic Changes of Superoxide Dismutase and Dry Matter Accumulation and Their Correlation with Main Economic Traits. The results showed that the dynamic changes of β-carotene content in tuberous roots of three sweet potato cultivars showed significant differences due to different varieties, but they all showed obvious decrease after 120 days. However, the dynamic changes of root dry matter percentage Similar, all behave as “Volatility ”. Correlation analysis with 15 economic traits showed that there was no significant correlation between β-carotene content of three cultivars and dry matter percentage and photosynthetic rate of root tuber, but the correlation with other traits was different due to the difference of cultivars.
