田径比赛长距离项目终点裁判 员的记圈工作是田径裁判工作中的一个难点。在全国性或者是国际性大赛中由于记圈员的失误,使运动员多走、跑或是少走、跑的事屡见不鲜。如1975年第三届全国运动会10000米比赛中,让运动员多跑一圈,造成运动员有名次而无正式成绩的大错误;1994年全国竞走锦标赛男子20000米竞走中有一名运动员多走一圈;在第六届远南残疾人运动会的男子3000米轮椅赛中又有一名运动员多跑一圈等等。从以上事例充分说明,径赛长距离项目的裁判工作中由于裁判员工作失误给运动员造成的损失和影响是无法弥补的,甚至是永久性的遗憾。 随着我国田径运动水平的不断提高,承办国际性田径大赛也将越
