目的探讨动态监测循环内皮细胞(CEC)计数与乳腺癌患者化疗效果的关系。方法收集2013年5月至2015年5月收治的42例乳腺癌患者的病例资料。流式细胞术检测患者外周血CEC数量,分析CEC计数与乳腺癌临床病理特征以及化疗效果的关系。结果 42例乳腺癌患者外周血CEC计数为(339.26±184)个,20例健康志愿者CEC计数为(85.95±60.47)个,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CEC计数与TNM分期有关,与年龄、ER、PR以及HER-2等无关。化疗2个周期后CEC计数升高组的有效率(RR)为31.6%,CEC计数降低组为78.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗4个周期后CEC计数升高组的RR为46.2%,CEC计数降低组为87.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者外周血CEC计数较健康志愿者显著升高,化疗后CEC计数的动态变化与化疗的客观反应率有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the dynamic monitoring of circulating endothelial cell (CEC) counts and the efficacy of chemotherapy in breast cancer patients. Methods The data of 42 cases of breast cancer admitted from May 2013 to May 2015 were collected. Flow cytometry was used to detect the number of CECs in peripheral blood and to analyze the relationship between CEC count and clinical and pathological features of breast cancer and the effect of chemotherapy. Results The CEC count of peripheral blood in 42 cases of breast cancer patients was (339.26 ± 184). The CEC count of 20 healthy volunteers was (85.95 ± 60.47), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CEC count and TNM staging, and age, ER, PR and HER-2 has nothing to do. The effective rate (RR) of CEC count increased group was 31.6% after two cycles of chemotherapy and 78.4% of CEC count decreased group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After 4 cycles of chemotherapy, the RR of CEC count increased group was 46.2%, CEC count decreased group was 87.0%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The CEC count in peripheral blood of breast cancer patients is significantly higher than that of healthy volunteers. The dynamic changes of CEC count after chemotherapy are related to the objective response rate of chemotherapy.
